We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short stroll away from the famous temples and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to help us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a good choice of cable channels on the TV and a complementary water and sodas. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options available nearby.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to key attractions in the city. It made it convenient for us to explore and visit places without wasting much time on commuting. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay more pleasant. We felt welcomed and their assistance in arranging transportation and providing information was helpful.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was quite poor and unreliable. We had difficulty staying connected and browsing the internet effectively.

The hotel was clean, maintained. But the location was not that good. Overall experience was good.
They donot have kitchen to their hotel. All the things they arrange from outside. Tea etc is available only.

The hotel was conveniently located close to a famous city landmark, which made exploring the city easy. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were a bit small and lacking in amenities, such as no dine-in facility. the hotel did not have any convenient parking space available.

It's very near Darbar Saheb, not even 1 minute walk. The owner Gaurav is very friendly, arranged my pick up / drop to Amritsar station (Rs 500/- one way), booked same vehicle / Xylo (driver Kittu is very good) for Wagha Border trip. Our train was at 6.45pm, so after 12noon they have given one room to stay till our train time though check out time was 12 noon. We had 10 luggage, mostly heavy and they carried everything. Rooms are small but clean. Good for family stay. Behaviour very friendly
Road in front of Hotel is very narrow. We had to park vehicle at some distance, not on road. There is no lift, my mother aged 70 found a bit problem to climb stairs. They are planning to arrange lift very soon. Food choice is very limited, they don't have any restaurant.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the famous attractions like the Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with 24-hour hot water in the bathroom. the staff is polite and accommodating, even going the extra mile to cook baby food upon request. the hotel offers a common balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air. It's a great place for a short stay to experience the true essence of the city.
The room size can be quite small and cramped, especially if you have more than two people staying.

You do get a lot for you money at this hotel, which is very cheap. New airco in room. Staff helpful. Very close to Golden Palace.
The room is simple but fine according to price. Relatively clean. The bathroom however is very small and the shower has only cold water and hardly any water came through. Besides the bathroom was so small and without curtain that a shower resultet in a totally soaked bathroom. Staff didn´t bother to clean the room despite hanging out the sign. We only stayed two nights and picked up clean towels ourselves at front desk so no problem but this I find below standard. The location is noisy but that you can expect from a center city hotel. They don´t have a restaurant but order to your rooms (which means eating on your bed cause there is no table). But the food is excellent.... And cheap. Breakfast however is horrible. Cup of tea and a buttered toast is all they can offer.

The location is excellent, just a 5 min walking to the golden Temple. The staff don´t speak english so the communication could be very difficult.

they were flexible about early check-in and late check-out
